I can't believe the quality of customer service that Signature offers.  I requested a service call and I know I'm out of the way for Mary to drive to.  She didn't charge me for her time or service.  I tried to press her for a bill and she refused!

I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased we are with Signature's great design and service!  We greatly appreciate you taking the time to learn from us what we wanted and not just telling us what we should have.  It was fun to design the lighting together, right down to the bulb wattage, and to see the lights in action -that night-time demo is a great idea!  Quite the education for us.

I admit it!  Lighting is addictive! Mary was right when she suggested how many lights would look best for my backyard.  I disagreed with her and cut the design in half.  Mary came back that night to check on the design, I immediately told her she was right and could we add a few more!  She was professional and pleasant.  I have since added more lights twice.  Thank goodness my system was designed for additions!

Ok, so like, I moved from LA to FL and didn't think anyone knew about proper landscape lighting.   Signature has the coolest designers and designed that perfect look that I'm so used to.  I'm not blitzed out with major flood lights or that old school "moon" lighting up in the trees.  All my friends say I have the coolest place in Tampa!  Thanks Signature!!!

I am writing to express our deepest thanks to Signature Landscape Lighting for their excellent service.  We were very impressed with their creative designs and suggestions for our lighting project.  It really does make the home feel warm and cozy- very hard to do when it is over 6000 sq. feet in size!!!  We have had many contractors onsite, but Signature was one of the best to work with.  They returned my call, completed the job as stated and even cleaned up after themselves-I couldn't even tell they had installed that day!  My hats off to you Signature!  Great job!
